I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a HIPAA-compliant data workspace in a Microsoft or Amazon cloud specifically for analyzing healthcare claims data. The workspace will need to be High Trust certified and we will require the consultant to oversee the hiring of a credible auditing firm.
Key Requirements:
- Experience creating secure work environments in Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Secure handling of healthcare billing information, ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Ability to set up Python in the secure environment
- Ability to set up a database to hold and manage sensitive healthcare information
- Ability to link to Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud-based services
- Create user-friendly interface for data access and manipulation
- Define requirements and review applications for a vendor to conduct a High-Trust audit
- Must be United States based
