Grocery Beverage Planogram Design

I need a clear, data-driven planogram that shows exactly how soft-drink shelves should be laid out in my grocery store. The goal is to maximise facings for our best-selling SKUs while still giving space to new launches and promotional packs, all within the existing gondola footprint.
Your task will cover
• Mapping each shelf and peg location to brand, flavour, pack size and promotional POS
• Generating easy-to-read PDF schematics plus the editable file (Spaceman, JDA, or similar)
• Providing a concise merchandising guideline explaining flow, blocking, and restock logic
I will supply current sales velocity reports and fixture dimensions; you return a plan that can be handed straight to the store team for implementation. Accuracy of facings, pack counts, and plan readability will be the key acceptance criteria.
