Greyhound Race Betting Model Creation

I am looking for someone to build a greyhound racing betting model, potentially in excel but am open to suggestions. I have tried using Chatgpt to generate it without success, but I am happy for someone else to try.
I have past results data which I will supply to help build the model.
In greyhound racing there are 2 times that matter, the split time which is the time the dog takes to get to the first bend and obviously the overall time. I want a model that does these things:
1. Based on past split times predicts the split time a dog will run in this race (I am open to how this is calculated but something a bit more sophisticated than the mean)
2. Using 1 predicts in what position each dog will be at the first bend.
3. Similar to 1, predicts the overall time a dog will run based on past overall times.
4. Adjusts the predicted overall time based on the position at the first bend. (I have data so I can tell you how much time to add for each position behind the leader at the first bend.)
5. The model runs and gives me win probabilities for each dog, my initial thoughts are that this should be done by monte carlo simulation , but I am open to other ideas.
