Google Sheets Sales Data Entry

I keep all of my sales figures in a series of Google Sheets and I need every new transaction captured quickly and error-free. The task is straightforward but constant: copy the daily sales data I provide (usually CSV or PDF export from my POS) into the correct tabs and fields of my existing Google Sheets workbook, double-check formulas still calculate correctly, and let me know immediately if anything looks off.

You will be working only in Google Sheets—no Excel conversions—so strong familiarity with Sheets shortcuts, basic functions (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA), and data-validation tools is essential. Accuracy is the priority; even a small typo can throw off weekly reporting. I’ll share clear naming conventions and access to the folder structure; please follow them meticulously. Turnaround time is typically within 12 hours of receiving the raw files, though faster is always appreciated.

Deliverables
• Daily sales entries fully updated in the designated Google Sheets tabs
• Quick note (inside the sheet’s “Updates” column) summarising any discrepancies or flagging unusual numbers
• Confirmation message once each batch is complete
