Google Forms/Typeform Feedback to Visually appealing Numerical Scale & Graph

I'm looking for a professional who can help translate my Google Forms questionnaire responses into a score and visually appealing radar graph. The scoring system to be used is a numerical scale (scale 1-5). If this is not easy to accomplish in Google Forms, alternative solution options like Typeform are also possible.
