I need help with creating a quiz form using Google Forms. The form should include multiple choice questions.
Key Requirements:
- Create a quiz form in Google Forms.
Person taking the quiz can print out results or have them emailed, whichever is easiest/cheapest.
And record each person's entry into Google Sheets.
I have spreadsheet already set up and format.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Forms & sheets, especially in creating quiz forms.
- Experience with multiple choice question formats.
