I have a backlog of survey responses that must be transferred into Google Forms. Every submission needs to be keyed in exactly as written, double-checked for spelling and formatting errors, and submitted under the correct form section so the analytics stay clean. Accuracy and speed are both critical; even a single misplaced character can throw off results.

You will receive clear scans of each original response plus a simple coding sheet that shows how certain handwritten ticks or abbreviations map to the form’s multiple-choice options. Once you finish, I’ll verify the Google Forms summary view against my master list, so please keep a running log of entries completed and any anomalies you spot.

Deliverable: all provided responses entered into the form, with a completion log and a brief note of any entries you flagged as unclear.
