Google Form Setup and Data Analysis

We require an immediate setup of an online Google Form based on prepared questions.

The project involves calculating means and correlations (others p value, etc.) between variables such as Employee Reward, Recognition, Work-Life Balance, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, and Employee Retention.

Preferred expertise includes experience with research tools like SPSS, advanced Excel skills, and data analysis proficiency.

This is an ongoing opportunity for at least two dedicated partners to regularly handle HR data analysis, salary insights, monthly data processing, and visualization using tools like Power BI and pivot tables.

Initial hourly rate is $8, with potential increases based on performance, quality, and availability.

Project Scope & Key Tasks:

- Create and deploy Google Forms for data collection.

- Perform statistical analysis including means and correlation calculations.

- Use SPSS or equivalent research tools for data analysis.



AFTERWARDS I BASED ON TRUST I WILL NEED YOU ON LONGTERM PARTNER:

- Regularly process and analyze monthly HR and salary data in Excel.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and pivot tables.

- Provide guidance and training to help the client learn data analysis techniques.

Recommended Tools & Technology:

- Google Forms for survey creation.

- SPSS or similar statistical software.

- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).

- Power BI for data visualization.
