Germany Pasta Exports Data Research

I need a clean, verifiable data set that shows how much revenue Rummo, De Cecco and La Molisana each generated from pasta exports to Germany, year by year, from 2021 through 2025 (or the most recent year available). The sources must be official and reliable databases;

Scope of work
• Locate the relevant HS codes for pasta exports.
• Query German import statistics and the corresponding export records for each Italian company in the list, using official and reliable databases.
• Extract the annual Total revenue (in EUR) attributable to each brand’s exports into Germany.
• Present a clear Breakdown by company rather than aggregated figures.

Deliverables
1. An editable spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with a separate tab for each company and a summary tab containing side-by-side comparisons.
2. A brief methodology note explaining the database(s) accessed, search parameters, HS codes used and any assumptions or currency conversions.
3. Citations or links that allow me to replicate the queries.

Acceptance criteria
• All figures trace back to publicly accessible government sources.
• Years are listed individually (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or latest).
• Numbers reconcile with the cited database when spot-checked.
• Any gaps in data are flagged and explained rather than filled with estimates.

If certain years are not yet published, provide the latest available data and mark the missing periods clearly.
