Gamma Distribution Fitting in R
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
Fit sparse data (approx. 30 data points) using R to a gamma distribution using 'gamma distribution with fixed mean of one' approach, using MLE estimates for shape and scale parameters.
Requirements:
- Input data in Excel format
- Visually compare actual data with fitted gamma curve
- Include goodness of fit tests: Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Anderson-Darling, Chi-squared, Q-Q and P-P plots
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in R
- Experience with gamma distributions and MLE procedures
- Strong data visualization skills
- Familiarity with goodness of fit tests
