GSEA on RNA-seq Data

I need a bioinformatic expert to analyze my RNA-seq data (2 groups performed with Oxford Nanopore).
The data could be provided as normalized counts, or DEG lists, etc.
We are interested in some of the following analyses:
- check if basic analysis is done correctly (QC, alignment, read count, normalization, differential expression)
- Upstream regulator analysis
- Gene set enrichment/variation analysis (GSEA or GSVA)
- Gene Co-expression Networks (WGCNA)
- Isoform/splicing analysis
Requirements:
- Perform some or all of the analyses listed above
- Provide detailed reports on results
- Experience with advanced RNA-seq data analysis
