GPS Geodynamics Thesis Corrections & Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have completed a PhD-level thesis that models crustal deformation in a tectonically active region using continuous GPS observations. The document now sits at the post-review stage and I need it polished on three fronts at once:
• Language & style – every sentence must read smoothly and meet academic standards, removing awkward phrasing and grammatical slips without losing my scientific voice.
• Technical accuracy – equations, methodology, velocity solutions and error estimates must be double-checked; any inconsistencies or loose reasoning highlighted and fixed.
• Presentation – figures, tables and references need consistent formatting (APA), while headings, numbering and LaTeX commands should compile cleanly and obey my university template.
The reviewers also left a line-by-line set of comments that have to be addressed in full. I will share their annotated PDF together with the .tex source, raw Rinex files, processed displacement time-series and the current draft of the discussion.
Beyond editing, I need a critical look at the data analysis and interpretation sections: recalculating any questionable baselines, refining the velocity field, and tightening the geodynamic implications. If you are comfortable with tools such as GAMIT/GLOBK, GIPSY, Python (ObsPy, Pandas), MATLAB, GMT, or QGIS, the job will be straightforward.
Deliverables to return:
1. The corrected thesis with tracked changes (Word).
2. Clean
2. A clean, compile-ready PDF.
3. A short technical memo outlining any analytical adjustments plus scripts/notebooks used.
4. A “response to reviewers” sheet mapping each comment to the fix applied.
