Scope of work
• Cash-flow review – month-by-month mapping that highlights timing gaps and liquidity risk.
• Profit-and-loss deep dive – pinpoint margin drivers and any hidden leakages.
• Manufacturing cost breakdown – cost‐per-unit, fixed vs. variable components, and trends.
• Utilization cost study – equipment, labour, and capacity use against output.
• Printing cost analysis – raw stock, wastage, and per-job profitability.
Desired outcome
A concise report (charts + commentary) that not only explains the current numbers but recommends practical steps to improve efficiency and profitability. I’ll need the underlying workbooks (Excel or Google Sheets) so I can keep tracking after the engagement ends. If you prefer specialized tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms, let me know—visual clarity matters as much as accuracy.
Acceptance criteria
1. All figures tie back to source documents I supply (bank statements, invoices, production logs).
2. Variance explanations provided for any item shifting ±5 % versus prior periods.
3. Recommendations ranked by expected impact and ease of implementation.
