Founding Collaborator for Universal System Theory
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Role: Potential Synergist / Founding Systems Collaborator
Overview:
I have stepped away from conventional work and relocated to Thailand to focus full-time on developing a new Universal System Theory. This theory redefines how scientific systems and social systems relate to one another, identifies foundational flaws in existing frameworks, and outlines a strategic roadmap for large-scale, egalitarian change.
The core work is already done conceptually. The current priority is consolidation, structuring, and formalisation: turning a large body of notes, datasets, voice recordings, videos, and proofs into a coherent, accessible system that others can understand and apply.
I am seeking a small number of highly capable collaborators (“Potential Synergists”) to work closely with me on this process.
This is not a conventional job. It is early-stage, foundational work for people who think systemically, enjoy complexity, and want to help bring a serious body of work into a usable form.
Structure & Location:
- Initial phase: ~1 week remote collaboration
- Next phase: full-time engagement
- Preferred: relocation to Thailand for in-person work (accommodation and costs covered for the right candidates)
- Long-term collaboration preferred
The Role:
You will help transfer, organise, and structure a large and complex body of work, including:
- Consolidating dozens of documents, datasets, voice notes, and videos
- Structuring theory, proofs, and supporting material into clear frameworks
- Working extensively with data (Excel/Spreadsheets are core tools)
- Managing relative relationships within fractal or multi-layered systems
- Supporting mathematical reasoning and logical consistency
- Helping design workflows so ideas are captured, classified, and not lost
- Translating complex ideas into structured outputs without diluting meaning
The work is guided directly by me, but requires strong independent thinking and execution.
Who This Is For:
This role is suited to people who:
- Genuinely enjoy working with data, structure, and logic
- Are comfortable with abstract, non-linear, and evolving ideas
- Have strong Excel skills and are confident with mathematics
- Think systemically rather than procedurally
- Are patient, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
- Can work closely with someone developing theory in real time
- Value integrity, empathy, and long-term impact over status
Formal degrees are not required. How you think matters more than credentials.
Useful skills include:
- Python or data processing
- Visualisation (2D/3D/4D, animation, modelling)
- Fractal or systems modelling
- Presentation and structuring of complex information
Compensation:
- Flexible for exceptional candidates
- This phase is self-funded using personal savings
- Funding is expected once the theory is fully consolidated and presented
- Long-term partnerships are the goal
Why This Matters
The theory itself is the foundation. Once structured correctly, it becomes a tool others can use through conventional systems - policy, technology, education, and infrastructure. Getting this stage right is critical.
This role will not suit most people. But for the right person, it offers rare exposure to deep systems work and the chance to contribute meaningfully at the ground floor.
