Project Title: Project – Forecasting & Safety Stock Analysis for Al Nahdi Medical Company
Project Scope:
We are a graduation project team working with Al Nahdi Medical Company. Our focus is on demand forecasting and safety stock calculation considering changes in lead time.
We have already applied Moving Average (MA) and Weighted Moving Average (WMA) forecasting methods. Now, we need support in:
• Calculating forecast quantities.
• Calculating safety stock levels under variable lead times.
• Improving accuracy of forecasting models.
Deliverables Required:
1. Data Analysis Support → Reviewing our dataset, validating formulas, and ensuring accurate calculations.
2. Report Writing → Structuring a professional final report that includes methodology, analysis, results, and recommendations.
3. Presentation (PowerPoint) → Preparing a clear and professional presentation that summarizes the project, methods, results, and findings.
What We Expect:
• Clear explanation of the formulas and steps used.
• Practical recommendations to improve safety stock and forecast accuracy.
• A polished final report and PowerPoint presentation ready for submission.

We will provide the raw dataset and our current progress (Excel sheets, initial report draft, and notes).
