Flight schedule dump

I need a full (minimum three month) dump of flight schedules worldwide. Attached there is an example showing a possible format. The dump should contain data from May onwards. On top I need the legend for the data (airlines codes, airport codes). If you can provide terminals, this would be nice.
With your bid I need a data sample and info where the data is from. Bids without data sample will be ignored.
If you are able to provide such a feed on a monthly base, please tell me.
