Fix Excel Results Tab

I need help repairing the Results tab in an Excel-based mapping tool that Rahul and I built back in 2022 for DNA Consultants. The workbook pulls data from an internal program and then feeds it to a world-map interface, but the categorical data on the Results sheet has stopped appearing as intended. Values are either blank or show the wrong labels, and the dropdown lists that once let us choose each category no longer populate.

All underlying numeric and geographic feeds look fine, so the problem appears isolated to the VBA logic or formulas that populate those dropdowns. I can supply the original source files, the 2022 version that worked, and several recent examples where the categories fail to show.

Key outcomes I’m after:
• Restore proper population of categorical fields in their dropdown lists.
• Eliminate the missing-value issue so every record that reaches the sheet is visible.
• Leave the rest of the workbook—including the map interface—untouched.
