Finish Cost Forecast Excel Model

Half of the cost-analysis workbook for our business-finance team is already built. I now need the remaining sections completed so we can close the project on schedule.

Scope
• Deep-dive the company’s direct costs for the past two fiscal years (the raw data and initial formulas are in place).
• Extend the model to produce a two-year forward forecast, broken out quarter-by-quarter.
• Present those forecasts as detailed tables in the same Excel file, preserving the existing layout and calculation logic.
• Add a concise summary sheet that rolls key figures and variances into an executive snapshot.

Acceptance
The updated workbook should calculate cleanly with no broken links, display consistent formatting across all tabs, and allow me to change any base assumption (e.g., inflation rate, volume driver) from a single control cell with results cascading correctly.

Speed and accuracy matter—I have internal reviews coming up soon, so please be ready to dive straight into Excel, work with large datasets, and optimise formulas or pivot tables where needed.
