Finding brand names that mean the same thing in a list of brands containing synonyms and different forms of writing.

I have a jsonl file (JSON lines) that contains a list of brand names (about 3000). Some names recur in various forms (written as synonyms, abbreviations, acronyms, names with or without accent marks such as à, é, č, č, and names containing or not containing special characters).

I need someone able to group (either manually or by writing a script based on data analysis) the above list into groups of names meaning the same thing.

Example:
Such a list: ["P&G", "Hugo Boss", "DCW", "procter & gamble", "procter and gamble", "H. Boss", "Davis, Chapman and Wilder LLC"].

It should be grouped like this:
1. ["P&G", "procter & gamble" "procter and gamble"].
2. ["Hugo Boss", "H. Boss"].
3. ["DCW", "Davis, Chapman and Wilder LLC"].

In the first instance, I will consider bids that describe the method by which you want the job done (not exactly, just describing the approach).

I am primarily concerned with the quality of the work done. Time of execution is of great importance. The price is in the background.

I will send a file with the brand names for analysis before the final selection of the offer.
