Financial Data Trend Forecasting -- 3
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a complete financial dataset in Excel and I want to turn it into actionable insight. Specifically, I need three angles covered: a clear trend analysis showing how the key figures move over time, a forecasting model that projects those figures into the near future, and a segmentation view that groups the data so I can quickly see which cost centres or revenue streams behave differently from the rest.
The workbook should arrive fully-formula-driven, so it can refresh as I update the raw data. Please build any supporting logic with Power Query or dynamic arrays where it makes sense, and keep your calculations transparent so I can audit or tweak them later.
I do want the story visual as well as numeric, so include clean charts and graphs—nothing overly styled, just clear visuals that mirror the three analyses above. Think line charts for trends, a forecast overlay, and perhaps a clustered column or stacked bar for the segmentation if that communicates the grouping best.
Hand-off files in .xlsx only; no macros required. If you need sample data to demonstrate functionality, feel free to fabricate a small set, but the final version must run on my real dataset as soon as I paste it in.
