The scope is strictly finance—investment banking, corporate, and personal finance roles alike—so please break the numbers down by typical job families (analyst, associate, VP, director, etc.) and, where possible, differentiate between front-office and support functions. I want city-level granularity for at least the major financial hubs (e.g., New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore) and a brief commentary on what’s fueling growth or contraction in each market.
You may pull data from reputable salary surveys, government labour reports, recruitment-firm publications, or public filings; just cite every source clearly. I’ll also need the raw data in an Excel workbook plus a two-page executive summary (Word or PDF) highlighting key takeaways, trends, and actionable career insights.
