Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zimbabwe for a Field Verification & Local Point of Contact. The selected candidate will perform field verification tasks, including visiting local agencies and organizations to gather and verify credential data. Responsibilities also include serving as the local point of contact, addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the coordination of verification processes. The individual will uphold professional standards while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess data accuracy and identify discrepancies
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and coordinating with local agencies
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve verification challenges
Customer service and client relationship management skills
Ability to provide training and guidance on processes as needed
Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently
Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance standards is an advantage
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience will be considered
