Fathom Reporting Setup with Xero Integration

I'm seeking a skilled contractor to assist with the one-time setup of monthly management reports in Fathom, integrated with Xero. The goal is to create a custom reporting template for my future use. I'll manage monthly reporting, commentary, and maintenance — I just need your expertise for initial configuration and setup.

Scope of Work:

- Review the Xero-Fathom integration
- Create a customized weekly and monthly report pack including:
- Cash Flow Report (initial setup priority)
- Profit & Loss
- Balance Sheet
- Key KPIs: Revenue growth, Net profit margin, Current Ratio, Debtor Days, Stock Turnover Rate, Debt to Equity, Return on Equity, P&L Compared to Budget and Prior Year, Balance Sheet Compared to Prior Year, Cash Conversion Cycle
- High-level overview charts/graphs for trends
- Executive summary template (no commentary needed)
- Configure any custom KPIs or report layouts as required
- Deliver a reusable and editable Fathom reporting pack
- Provide documentation or handover notes on how to update/edit the reports

Ideal Skills and Experience:
