Extract & Pivot Excel Data

I have two Excel workbooks that hold policy information for 2025–2026. I only need the premium amounts pulled out, merged, and summarised in a single pivot table that lets me quickly:
• filter by underwriter name
• switch between expired and active policies
• show only rows where premium is greater than €5,000
Keep the solution simple and self-contained—an updated workbook with the pivot already in place is perfect. If a short VBA macro or Power Query step is the fastest route, feel free to use it, but I should be able to open the file and refresh the pivot without extra setup.
