Extract Female LinkedIn Contacts

I’m sitting on a single 4 GB Excel file packed with LinkedIn data for every professional in Florida, yet my usual tools (LibreOffice, even Excel itself) crash before I can do anything useful with it. I need you to dive into that oversized workbook, filter out every female contact who holds a Manager, Director, or Executive title, and return just two fields—full name and email address—in a clean, ready-to-mail CSV. If email addresses are missing, I need them located using Icypeas. I do not have an icypeas account, but can set one up with your assistance.
Because of the file’s size, you will likely rely on heavy-duty approaches such as Python with pandas, Power Query, VBA with chunked processing, or even an intermediate database import; whichever route you choose is up to you as long as it handles the volume without data loss. Please remove obvious duplicates and keep the email column exactly as it appears—no additional formatting—so I can plug the result straight into my cold-email platform.

• No corrupted characters or partially exported rows
