Job Description:
I am looking for a Reddit specialist and market researcher to help identify the most active, high-intent, and USA-concentrated Subreddits within the "Money Earning / Passive Income / Gig Economy" niche.

The goal is to find communities where users are actively looking for sign-up opportunities, referral links, and side hustles, specifically with a heavy North American (USA) audience.


Examples of the types of Subreddits I am targeting:
r/Referrallinks
r/passive_income
r/1dollarproducts
r/cash4signups
r/DoneDirtCheap

Your Responsibilities:
Identify 20-30 High-Quality Subreddits: Find communities focused on referrals, sign-up bonuses, side hustles, and beer money.

Quality Audit: Provide a breakdown for each subreddit including:
Total Member Count vs. Active "Online Now" users (Engagment Ratio).

Estimated Audience Percentage from the USA (using tools like Subreddit Stats or similar).

Posting rules (e.g., Are referral links allowed? Is it "flair" restricted?).

Engagement Analysis: Rank the subreddits by which ones have the highest daily post engagement (comments and upvotes).


Requirements:
Proven experience with Reddit marketing or community research.

Ability to distinguish between "spammy" dead subs and "active" high-intent subs.

Must provide a clean spreadsheet with the Subreddit name, link, and the metrics mentioned above.
