Experienced economic evaluator of social programs
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I need someone who has demonstrated experience in economic evaluation, ideally cost-benefit analysis (CBA), preferably in social programs like youth and community development, social wellbeing and/or employment programs. You will contribute economic evaluation expertise as part of a wider evaluation team.
Key tasks include:
- Evaluating economic impact of diverse initiatives within an overall program
- Assessing social programs
- Contributing to detailed reports and recommendations
Ideal skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in economic evaluation
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to present complex data clearly
My team is responding to a select tender so initially we will engage you for input to the proposal (this task/budget) then, if successful, engage you on the 5-month project. The proposal work would require you to
- detail a proposed methodology for the specific project (details to be provided to successful freelancer)
- outline your experience, qualifications and referees
In your bid please indicate examples of economic evaluation projects you have delivered and whether you're able to provide referees for this expertise. Overseas experience is fine.
