• Incident management and RCA
• Global business user support
• Month-end, Quarter-end, Year-end close support
• Functional enhancements and process improvements
• Documentation and knowledge management
• Integration support with banking systems and tax engines

• Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
• Strong understanding of O2C (Order-to-Cash)
• Hands-on experience in Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Data Analysis & Reconciliation
• Global AMS Support Experience
