Expandable Incident Logging Spreadsheet

I need an expandable Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to log incidents. The spreadsheet should be able to add both horizontally and vertically.

Requirements:
- Log day of week, time of day, and incident code
- Expandable data fields, both horizontally and vertically
- Analysis of:
- Highest incident day
- Time percentage
- Greatest day/time occurrences

Ideal Skills:
