Excel for AS3600 Shrinkage & Creep

I need an Excel spreadsheet for calculating shrinkage strains and creep coefficients according to AS 3600.
Requirements:
- Part 1: Calculate shrinkage strains using design equations from section 3.1.7. Results must match Table 3.1.7.2.
- Part 2: Calculate creep coefficients using design equations from section 3.1.8. Results must match Table 3.1.8.3.
- Some input values pre-set, others input manually.
- Basic instructions for value input are necessary.
