Excel Workbook Optimization for Freight Analysis

I have an in-progress Excel workbook analyzing route performance and profit margins for a road-freight company, segmented by route and truck type. The structure exists, but several tabs are incomplete, and cross-sheet logic needs to be fully integrated.
Current Workbook Includes:
Separate sheets for routes (rutas), truck specs (camiones), and raw financial data (finanzas).
Column headers and sample data populated.
Requirements:
Dynamic Data Linkage: Input on any sheet should automatically update the consolidated margin view.
Robust Formulas:
Conditional logic (IF-style) and lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, or INDEX-MATCH) to calculate:
Cost per km and revenue per km per route.
Trip margins broken down by truck type.
Alerts for margins below a defined threshold.
Dashboard: Clean, print-friendly summary showing totals, averages, and key ratios.
Documentation: Inline comments or a “ReadMe” sheet explaining formulas for easy future edits.
Timeline & Delivery:
Completed, error-checked workbook needed ASAP (ideally within 1–2 days).
Fast feedback loop is essential—please message promptly if clarifications are needed.
Deliver final .xlsx with formulas unlocked (no VBA). Once calculations match the sample data I’ll provide, the project is complete.
