Excel VLOOKUP & INDEX/MATCH Setup

I have a spreadsheet that hinges on accurate look-ups between multiple tables, and I need someone who can drop straight into the file and build (or fix) the VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH formulas that power it. The job is purely about formulas and functions—no formatting or macro work—so I’m looking for sharp, efficient solutions to my current mathematical-calculation challenges.
You’ll receive the workbook, a quick note outlining which columns should pull which values, and a couple of edge-case scenarios that have been tripping me up. Once your formulas return the correct results across those cases, the task is done. If there’s a quicker or more reliable approach you spot along the way, I’m open to suggestions, but VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH remain the core requirement.
