Excel VBA Customer Analytics

I need a multi-sheet Excel workbook that ingests raw customer data, cleans it behind the scenes with VBA, and then drives on-click dashboards that highlight key trends. The core of the build is data analysis: once the customer files are dropped into a designated folder, a macro should import them, normalise field names, and push the records into a master table. From there, additional procedures must summarise churn, lifetime value, cohort behaviour, and any other trend analysis we agree on, feeding automatically into polished summary sheets and chart-ready pivot tables.

The same VBA code will also handle automated report generation. With a single button press, the workbook should create a time-stamped PDF pack—charts, KPIs, and commentary placeholders—ready for management circulation. All heavy lifting has to run without external add-ins so the file stays portable.

3. Successful generation of the PDF report, matching a supplied layout mock-up, via a single macro call
