Excel Transaction Data Compilation

I need a clean, ready-to-use Spreadsheet Excel file that captures Data transaksi for my business. The sheet must include three mandatory columns—Nama produk, Tanggal transaksi, and Jumlah transaksi—laid out clearly so the file can be filtered, sorted, or imported into other systems without extra tweaking.

You may decide the exact column order, formatting style, and any simple data-validation rules that keep dates in a proper format and quantities strictly numeric. Once the structure is in place, populate it with sample rows (a small set is fine) so I can see how everything fits together and verify that formulas or validations work.
