Excel System for Honda Dealership Network

I need a single, robust Excel-based program that can sit at the heart of our Honda two-wheeler dealership and the 15 sub-dealers we manage. The file must go well beyond simple spreadsheets; it should feel like a light database with easy data-entry screens, protected formulas, and clear, automated outputs.

Core scope
• Sales tracking: the workbook must capture daily sales records from each outlet, roll them up into accurate monthly sales reports, and highlight sales-target achievements at branch and network level.
• Sub-dealer performance monitoring: I want instant visibility of every sub-dealer’s sales volume alongside current stock levels, with colour-coded alerts when anything drifts outside preset thresholds.

Typical flow I picture
1. Each sub-dealer opens a clean, locked sheet or userform, enters daily numbers, and clicks “Submit.”
2. The main dashboard refreshes automatically to update cumulative sales, stock, and target progress for every location.
3. Printable and PDF-ready reports summarise daily and monthly results, ready for management meetings.

Technical expectations
– 100 % Excel (no external add-ins that will break when we upgrade).
– Power Query / Power Pivot welcome if it simplifies consolidation.
– Clear separation of data entry, calculations, and final reports so accidental edits are impossible.
– Button-driven macros are fine as long as code is well-commented and easy to maintain.
