Excel Survey Dashboard & Pivots
Budget: ₹600 – ₹800 INR
I have a block of raw survey data that tracks missing and traced persons, broken down by category (male, female, boy, girl). I want that information reshaped inside a single Excel workbook so I can instantly see patterns without scrolling through rows.
Here is what I need done:
• Build clean, well-labeled pivot tables from the survey data.
• Create an interactive dashboard that slices the results by the two dimensions I care about most—Age groups and Duration missing/traced—while also letting me toggle the male/female/boy/girl categories.
• Use Excel features such as slicers, pivot charts, conditional formatting, and simple formulas so the visuals refresh automatically when I paste new survey records.
• Deliver the finished .xlsx file plus a short, in-sheet note that explains where to paste future data and how to refresh the pivots.
Acceptance criteria
– All pivots and charts update correctly when I replace the underlying data sheet.
– Filters for Age groups, Duration missing/traced, and person category work independently.
– No external add-ins or VBA; everything must run in standard desktop Excel.
