Excel Supply Chain Report Automation

I manage several supply-chain spreadsheets and need them transformed into a single, push-button report. All raw data will arrive as standard Excel files; no external databases or APIs are involved. My priority is a robust, reusable workbook that automatically refreshes, cleans the incoming sheets, and presents the results in clear tables, charts, and KPIs.
The ideal flow is: drop the latest files in a folder, click Refresh (or run a short VBA macro), and instantly receive an updated dashboard highlighting inventory turns, inbound/outbound volumes, and any exceptions.
Power Query, PivotTables, slicers, and VBA are all welcome—use whatever combination delivers speed and reliability without forcing me to buy extra add-ins.
Deliverables
• One macro-enabled (.xlsm) or Power Query-driven template that ingests the Excel source files and produces the finished report.
• Brief documentation inside the workbook (or a separate PDF) explaining how to add new raw files and maintain the solution.
Acceptance criteria
• Refresh completes without errors on a standard desktop installation of Excel 2016 or later.
• All calculations, charts, and conditional formats update correctly when source files change.
Once the template meets those checks, the project is done. Source files and sample data are ready to share as soon as we start.
