The attached Master Tracker represents one full operational cycle (2025) for a recurring initiative. We need to extend this cycle annually from 2026 through 2030.
Required Modifications:
1. Duplication: Duplicate the entire set of 2025 deliverables and milestones for each subsequent year: 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. The order of the deliverables must be maintained (i.e., 2025 cycle is immediately followed by the 2026 cycle, and so on).
2. Naming Convention: Update the “Deliverable” column for the duplicated rows to clearly indicate the year. For example, “Data Collection” in 2025 should be followed by “Data Collection 2026,” “Data Collection 2027,” etc., up to 2030.
3. Date Update: For all duplicated rows, the Start Date and Due Date must maintain the exact same Month and Day as the original 2025 entry, but the Year must be updated accordingly (e.g., a deliverable due on 4/15/2025 will be due on 4/15/2026, 4/15/2027, etc.).
4. Status Update: Set the Status column for all newly created entries (2026-2030) to “Not Started.” The 2025 entries must retain their current status.
Please confirm your understanding of this cyclical extension and provide your completion timeline.
