Excel Sheet Column Merger
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have two Excel workbooks that need to become one tidy, consolidated sheet. Each file carries mixed data—numbers, formulas, and free-text notes—but the column structures don’t match at all. I want every distinct column from both sources preserved, side-by-side, in a single worksheet so nothing is overwritten or lost.
Here’s what I need from you: take both spreadsheets, identify every unique header, and build a master sheet where each original column is represented exactly once. If a row exists in one file but not the other, leave the new columns blank for that row so the datasets stay aligned; no manual re-keying. Please keep all original formatting where practical and ensure formulas still calculate correctly after the merge.
Goal : To add all emails and Phone numbers (matching site address) on one spreadsheet.
Instructions :
1. On Excel spreadsheet #1 Search for Site Address in the "Site Address Column" on Spreadsheet #2
2. If the Site Address Column matches on both spreadsheets. Copy The EMail and the phone number from the second spreadsheet to the first.
Deliverable
• One Excel workbook containing the merged sheet plus the two untouched source sheets for reference.
I’m fine with whatever method you prefer—Power Query, VBA, or straightforward formulas—as long as the result is clean, accurate, and ready for further analysis. Let me know if you need a quick look at the files before starting.
