Excel Search Bar with Hyperlink

I need an Excel search bar that returns a clickable URL link. Currently, I'm using the =Hyperlink formula, but it's not functioning as needed.

Requirements:
- Search specific column
- Return internal links within the workbook
- Data entry is manual
