Excel Sales Trend Analysis

I have a multi-year sales dataset sitting in Excel and I want to turn it into a clear, update-friendly view of how our numbers are trending. The raw figures need to be cleaned, organised and then analysed so I can spot seasonality, growth spurts and any dips at a glance.
Here’s what I expect at the end of the project:
• A single workbook where the data preparation steps (Power Query, formulas or light VBA—your call) run automatically when new rows are added.
• Interactive pivot tables and dynamic charts that reveal the key trends without further tweaking.
• A short written summary highlighting the most relevant insights you uncover.
• Simple documentation or a quick screen-recording that shows me how to refresh everything myself.
