Excel Sales Trend Analysis

I have an existing Excel workbook containing raw sales records and I need a descriptive analysis that highlights how our numbers move over time. Your task is to take that data, clean it where necessary, and surface clear trends — month-over-month growth, seasonal peaks, and any noticeable dips. I’m expecting an easy-to-follow workbook with dynamic PivotTables, interactive charts, and a concise commentary sheet that spells out the key takeaways in plain language.

Deliverables
• A single, well-structured .xlsx file with:
 – cleaned data tab (Power Query or formulas, whichever is most efficient)
 – PivotTables summarising sales by date, region, and product line
 – line or column charts visualising the trend trajectory
• One-page written summary outlining the most significant upward or downward movements and any actionable observations.

Accuracy, clear labelling, and tidy formatting are essential; advanced visuals are welcome as long as the file remains fully editable in native Excel.
