Excel Sales Data Cleanup & Summary
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a single workbook with roughly 5,000 sales records that needs a quick but thorough tidy-up within the next three days. Your job is to turn the raw sheet into a dependable, future-proof tool I can keep using long after this first pass is finished.
Here’s what I need done:
• Remove every duplicate row and confirm the final count so I can trace what was dropped.
• Insert dynamic formulas—mainly SUMIF for totals and either VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP (whichever is more efficient in 365) for look-ups—so they keep recalculating automatically when I paste new rows later.
• Build a clean summary tab that rolls the numbers up by month only; no charts, no graphs, just clear tables that refresh the moment fresh data is added.
I’ll provide the workbook as soon as we start. Please keep all column names intact, avoid shifting the existing order, and add brief cell comments where logic might not be obvious. If anything stands in the way of full automation, flag it for me early so we stay on schedule.
