Excel Sales Dashboard
Budget: ₹600 – ₹2,000 INR
I already have a clean Excel table that lists each person’s monthly numbers—forecast, actual and the resulting gap. What I need now is a single-file dashboard, still in Excel, that lets me focus on two angles: how each individual is doing month-by-month and how their results add up year-to-date.
The visuals I picture are simple but interactive: formatted tables for quick reading, plus pivot tables with linked charts so I can filter by person or period and watch the figures update instantly. Because I am not comparing staff against one another, each sheet or view should stay centred on one person at a time.
Key figures to surface
• Monthly performance (actual, forecast, gap)
• Year-to-date roll-ups of the same values
Also I need an area to mention the gaps with comments.
Feel free to recommend extra touches—slicers, conditional formatting, sparklines—anything that makes the dashboard easier to read at a glance without adding external tools.
