Excel Project List Organizer

I have a growing set of initiatives that need a clean, professional register in Excel. The end goal is a single workbook that lets me see every project at a glance and, with a quick filter, group them by program.

Here is what I need from you: a well-structured sheet with clearly labelled columns, consistent data validation (drop-downs, date pickers, conditional formatting for status colours, etc.) and an easy way to add new projects without breaking formulas. I also want a summary view or dashboard—pivot table, slicers or another lightweight solution—that instantly shows how many projects sit in each program and their latest progress.

Please deliver the finished .xlsx file plus a brief note explaining any formulas, named ranges or macros you include so I can maintain the file myself later.
