Proud to share one of my recent data analysis projects where I built a full HR dashboard using Microsoft Excel to uncover valuable insights into workforce dynamics.
Project Highlights:
Analyzed data from 1,470 employees across multiple departments
Explored key metrics: attrition trends, salary by gender and role, training rates, and job satisfaction
Discovered that sales roles had the lowest job satisfaction and highest attrition, while R&D emerged as the youngest and fastest-growing team
Investigated gender income gaps, overtime patterns, and promotion-related attrition
Visualized findings using advanced Excel features: pivot charts, slicers, and dynamic visuals
Key Insight:
Attrition was highest immediately after promotion, suggesting delayed recognition or deeper engagement challenges.
