I have a basic project-planning and resource-allocation workbook that needs a technical refresh. I have a list of required changes and enhancements.
• Data visualization – A compact dashboard with charts, sparklines or pivot visuals that instantly shows workload by person, timeline health and resource utilisation trends.
If you are comfortable working in Excel 365 with advanced functions, VBA/macros and the usual dashboard tools, you will be able to move fast here.
Acceptance criteria
– All legacy calculation errors eliminated and logic commented.
– One-click (or fully automatic) refresh populates the latest data.
– Conditional formats trigger correctly under every test scenario I supply.
– Dashboard visuals update in real time when underlying data changes.
Please work directly inside the current file I provide and return a clean, version-controlled copy plus a brief of how to use the new tool.
