Excel Pivot for Bioburden Analysis

I created Excel pivot table to analyze bioburden and environmental control metrics. It is working 80% but needs some cleanup, and also i am having trouble connecting data with reference tables. I need an expert in Excel Dax, Pivot and queries. I will be using the data to chart, track metrics, define thresholds, alert and action levels, and compare different measures and variables.
Requirements include:
- Calculate average bioburden levels
- Compare bioburden between different areas
- Integrate alert and action levels based on custom-defined values
- Include environmental control calculations
