Excel Performance Metrics Opportunity Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have an Excel workbook packed with raw operational data. What I need now is a clear, numbers-driven story that highlights the key performance metrics hidden inside and, more importantly, shows where new business opportunities lie.
Here’s what will make this a success:
• Clean and structure the data (Power Query or traditional formulas—whichever is faster for you).
• Build dynamic summaries with PivotTables, slicers, or Power Pivot that let me drill into the metrics without breaking anything.
• Create a concise dashboard—charts, conditional-format scorecards, or sparklines—that instantly surfaces the strongest and weakest performers.
• Deliver an executive-style findings sheet explaining which metrics matter, how they trend, and the specific opportunities those numbers reveal. Keep the language plain-English so it can go straight to leadership.
The workbook must remain fully editable; no disconnected screenshots or external files. If macros are required, please comment them thoroughly.
I’ll share the file as soon as we agree on timing, but it’s under 50 K rows, so everything should stay responsive in standard Excel 365. Looking forward to seeing the insights you can pull out of it.
