Excel Payroll Spreadsheet Development

I need an Excel expert to create a payroll spreadsheet for my company. The sheet will be used for input via Excel forms.

Requirements:
- 11 columns including employee name, hourly wage, hours worked, and total pay.
- Columns 8-11 (bonus hours, bonus pay, total pay, driver ranking) should auto-fill based on previous entries.
- Formulas needed for calculating bonus pay based on performance reviews.
